The DZOFilm Pictor 20-55mm T2.8 Parfocal Zoom is a reasonably fast parfocal cine zoom for Canon EF-mount cameras and camcorders. It covers a Super 35 image circle. Key features include: Maintains focus throughout the zoom range Near-zero focus breathing High-quality cine build with geared focus and zoom rings Sixteen-blade aperture diaphragm Versatile Parfocal Cine Zoom. The DZOFilm Pictor 20-55mm T2.8 Parfocal Zoom provides a fairly broad range of focal lengths that makes it a versatile cine lens, particularly for run-and-gun documentary-style shooting. Its sixteen-blade aperture produces round, extremely pleasing bokeh, and its parfocal design means it holds focus throughout its zoom range. Its internal-focusing floating-elements construction all but eliminates focus breathing. Cinema Design. The 20-55mm T2.8’s aperture and focusing rings boast standard 0.8 mod gears so that you can easily install a follow-focus system. Its 95mm front diameter lets you use standard matte boxes, and there’s an 86mm filter thread to boot. The included lens-support foot helps reduce strain on your camera’s lens port by using the lens with rods.
