My name is Eric Fickenwirth. I am a California native. I grew up in Northern California. I have a pretty diverse professional background. I began in Sports Broadcasting where I learned Camera Operating and Technical Directing, then came to Los Angeles to focus on more Filmmaking endeavors. While simultaneously working at Filmtools in Burbank, CA, I came to learn production sound and lighting, and have since worked on commercials, corporate projects, music videos, narrative shorts and feature films, etc. The aspect that gives me the most passion and boosts of energy is definitely lighting and lighting design.
