Samnang Phoeuk was born from two hard working parents who escaped to America in 1981 during the Khmer Rogue take over of Cambodia. Raised up in a humble and God fearing family, he spent part of his adult life as a professional automotive technician with several ASEs, automotive industry certifications. Sparked through community video projects with local high school students and local church youth groups, Sam, is now actively pursuing a professional career in the film industry in addition to his continued involvement with community projects. As his video production skill set grew, he has taken on new challenging and exciting video projects. With his training in Abode Flash, Abode Photoshop, and Apple Soundtrack Pro through the nationally recognized digital media training center, Future Media Concepts, Inc., Sam gained and continues to build his experience utilizing video editing software such as Apple Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Now, after having worked on the set of public broadcast programs airing on the Washington DC public channel, DCTV, he is ready to dive into the exciting world of movie making.
