Forbes agreed to return the item on Sunday but didn't inform me he would drop it off 10am Monday (within the guidelines) He ended up dropping if off 2 hour late. Should have left early enough to factor in traffic and respect owner's time. I could have left house after 10am and he would have incurred an a late charge or extra day fee. Equipment was not damaged.
