Kelsey Brewer is an independent filmmaker based in New York. Her first short film, Sound of Silence, was made with a cell phone camera and a $200 budget and premiered in multiple film festivals in California in 2012. Since then, she's directed her short film, Burning Child, which is being considered by festivals internationally and is an official selection of Blow Up Art House Film Festival.

Kelsey has directed and production designed two original music videos in recent months. "In Tandem," in collaboration with dance collective The YoMoCo and artists Sunflwr and Amy Leon, and "Brand New" by Claire Khodara, in collaboration with Zac Posen. Both are available on vimeo.

She is currently scripting her next film, Contortionist, and continuing to make music videos and short films whenever possible.
