Kenny was a really nice guy but unfortunately the return was rough and communication was lacking. The charger was missing from the case when returned. A simple mistake but this turned into an unnecessary 2 day process where the wrong charger was returned, texts and calls went unanswered for an entire day, then the scheduled return of the correct charger was missed by 3 hrs without a heads up. Again, very nice guy, apologetic about the situation, but the unreliable communication made things difficult.
