My experience was okay, not great.
1. There was only one 256gb drive include. Not the 2 that is listed on their post. My bad for not confirming this when picking up. I tried contacting them when I realized I would only have an hour of roll time in 4k and they never replied and made no effort to resolve the mixup.
2. There was no battery charger included in the kit so if you are planning on charging your batteries beware. I ended up having to scramble the day of my shoot and rent another drive and some batteries.
3. They seem super busy with their own project so basically you need to work around their schedule for pick up and drop regardless of what time you select when renting. Not a huge deal but it did put me in some crazy LA traffic I would have loved to avoid.

All-in-all they seem like really nice people and Eric was helpful with some tips on balancing the gimbal I was using. Lesson learned, don't trust what you read on the site, make sure to double and triple check what is in the kit. Especially because people are busy and probably just forgot with an honest mistake.
