No damage to our equipment, no trouble getting payment for the rental and Chase was generally communicative and pleasant to interact with. I believe we caught him during a rough weekend though because Chase missed our agreed upon return drop-off appointment and was unreachable for some time. We eventually got back into communication and the return went fine and he paid for the additional day's rental and although we were a little nervous that he missed the return appointment and was unreachable, we were aware that he was shooting back-to-back overnights and we always believed that he'd get us the gear back.
