Hi. I'm Jacob.
I am a filmmaker located in Nashville, Tennessee. I started in video club in High School creating videos for the school and capturing events such as plays, band concerts, graduation and anything else the school needed. After high school, I went to basic training and served 8 years as a Military Police Officer in the Army National Guard while going to school and working in the "real world". While in college earning my Bachelors of Science in Communications Media with a track in TV and Video Production, I got my first HD camcorder. Now, with equipment upgrades and new cameras, I have over 9 years of professional videography experience shooting and editing a variety of events and projects. I have done weddings, commercials, music videos, training videos, short films, and live streaming at events. Now that I am working on more films, my strengths and main focus are editing, VFX and motion graphics work, however, I am well-versed in all aspects of production and post-production. This includes lighting, gaff work, and cinematography. More recently, I have worked on a web series called the Bech, a reality TV show called Blood on the Deck, a vampire film called Amaranth, and a novel film trailer called Calington Castle. I'm now now focusing mainly on creating horror films, trailers for horror films, haunted house and horror events, and commercials.
