Marion from St Christopher Studio was amazing! This was my very first time with using KitSplit. I had gotten in touch with Marion initially to see if the lens I need it was available. She literally got back to me with in two minutes. I placed the rental order soon after and coordinated a time to meet with Marion to pick up my rental. She was very nice, very accommodating and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I without a doubt give her 5 Stars. I will certainly rent from @stchristostudio again in the near future. This was my first time renting a lens, or any camera equipment for that matter, and my overall experience was great. The lens was in perfect condition and had everything I needed. I took off one star because I was in town visiting and had trouble getting in touch to return my lens before my train home - but if I wasn't in a time crunch this wouldn't have mattered.
