Equipment worked as expected. Only issue is 30 minutes before planned pickup they messaged me saying they wouldn't be around at the previously agreed upon time (all of which was determined by them), and if I wanted to pickup at the same time I would now have to drive downtown instead of Burbank (I was in Woodland Hills and had arranged all my rentals in the Burbank area). So that left me putting out yet another fire that really shouldn't have been an issue, and had to send a friend at 8PM that night instead of the initial 2:30 time. Would have been a different story if they acknowledged that they were screwing up someone else's schedule and offered a free drop-off later in the day or something, but there seemed to be little consideration given to how their last minute rescheduling affected us. Nice enough people, poor organization. Won't rent from them again.
