----Important to be aware----

The space is basically quiet.

For normal presentation / talk / conversation / speech recording,
it's no problem.

But you should be aware that this is NOT a completely soundproofed space.

There is a low frequency machine noise from the upward roof.
We normally use uni-directional / cardioid microphones to avoid it.
