Hello World, was great. They were helpful when I stopped by to get the equipment, and were easy to work with.

Pickup and drop off times were flexible and convenient. The DK2 was easy to setup and didn't run into any problems with the hardware.
Located near the F station at 23rd street which is incredibly convenient for me.

It couldn't have been easier to rent from Hello World. I even had an issue with parking, as I am not a big studio and did not have a commercial vehicle, so parking on the street to go up and get my rental was not possible. I called them and they brought it down to me since I was alone and couldn't leave the car! Returning it was a simple drop and go....but not before I took a homemade chocolate chip cookie that was warm out of the oven on the counter. Very nice place and nice people. Just note that if you have something large to pick up and you do not have a commercial vehicle, it is advisable to bring someone with you to stay in the car while you pick up.

The team was very responsive throughout the whole process day and night and even on weekends. The gear was in great condition and it was very easy picking up and returning. They even helped me during the weekend when I had questions about the use.

Hello World Communications was very easy to rent with. They are conveniently located on 22nd St between 6th and 7th Ave's. It was a 123 process, I picked in 2 min and dropped off in 1 min. Very simple + the staff was very friendly!

The customer service from HWC was great (especially Alex at the front desk who was very responsive when small issues came up with needing to update the Oculus software and me not having the Admin password). They were also really great about not rushing me when I took time to look over the equipment before picking it up, and lent me an extra cable at no charge when I realized I would need more length of USB to connect the Oculus.

When I returned the equipment they were great about asking what I did and offering to show me other equipment while I was there in person.

I would definitely rent from HWC again, as well as recommend to others.

It was super easy to rent with Hello World. They were really communicative and I would absolutely rent from them again.

All of the equipment worked well! HWC was extremely polite. The rental associate forgot my lens/bag at first, but luckily I remembered and quickly went back to retrieve it! Woo! When returning the equipment, HWC later informed me that a speedring was missing, but it turned out that was not the case. Other than that, great experience! I would rent from them again!

Great product, hello world was super easy to deal with and completely reasonable when I returned with a broken cable. I had slipped on some ice and yanked the CAN cable at the end of our shoot. 100% my fault and they were really cool about it.

wire went in and out and ruined several takes. Also I recommend they put a sign outside there building because if you don't have the building number you'l be clambering around for 40 minutes like I did trying to find the location.
