Very accommodating and professional. Only issue was they sent me an automated e-mail saying my gear was late after I returned it because they hadn't checked it into their system yet, but it was quickly resolved.

K&M staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. My orders are always fulfilled promptly and accurately.

I love this lens. I used it to shoot a professional soccer game and it gave me exactly what I needed to shoot at a fast shutter speed (1/2000) but still have enough light. My shots came out great. When I can finally afford this lens, I will be purchasing it for my kit. Until then, I hope to keep renting it and falling in love even more.

Crappy customer service. Lens was dirty and it caused all my files to need heavy retouching. I reached out to the company (K&M camera in NYC) and was repeatedly ignored. They offered no sort of refund full of partial. I’m speaking directly to Kitsplit to have them removed from this service. They give legit renters a bad name
