This kit includes the Tilta proprietary D-tap cable that increases the torque by 3x. This allows the follow focus to work on stiff lenses like vintage Canon FD, Leica R, or Cooke Speed Panchros. Also includes the 15mm rod attachment for the hand unit so this can be used in a similar fashion as a manual follow focus
