NORMAL PRICES START at just $30/hour for the first room, plus $25 an hour for every room added OR $125/hour for everything.

*Beauty Room with Vanity and Chair (changing room as well)
*Media room with Mac and PC for photo/video/sound editing and Epson Color Photo Printer
*Conference Room with whiteboard, electric fireplace, and 4K theater
*Kitchenette with Keurig 1 cup coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator / Styling Area
*Private office with couch and flat screen with Apple TV to watch Netflix, HBO Go, Amazon Prime, ect.

Space is perfect for photoshoots (e-commerce, headshots, product promo, fashion photography, portraits, etc.), video productions (news set, movie set, music videos, etc.), castings, small classes, private 4K screenings, and creative space (photo/video/sound editing, recording, group projects, rehearsal space, private office, etc.)

RUNWAY Studio 1 amenities include:
- 1500 sq ft space
- high ceilings (everywhere except beauty room and bathroom)
- Seamless U-cyc wall available to be painted any color (extra fee)
- Beautiful exposed brick wall
- Separate private makeup / dressing area including chair and vanity with LED lights
- Kitchenette with Keurig 1 cup coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer
- Styling area near back door to easily bring in clothing racks
- New bathroom with marble counter
- Media room with Adobe software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Audition, Bridge, Encore, Fireworks, Prelude, and SpeedGrade. Blackmagic software such as LiveKey, Multibridge Utility, and Media Express. We also offer Capture One Pro, Final Cut Pro and an 8 channel sound system with EQ and Vocal Pitch Correction.
