This is the third rental that I have completed with Ian. Every time he has been late with the return and at least twice had forgotten pieces of the kit. He has not been easy to communicate with and he even left my equipment with a friend of his before consulting with me. This is very unprofessional. At first I was OK with him but I would not recommend him as a lender any more.
