I have worked for several companies over the coarse of 26 years as an onsite manager for a convention recording company. Deciding that the only way to continue doing what I love without having to travel 260+ days a year was to go into business for myself. I have owned a DJ company in St. Louis, MO since 2009 and in 2015 was able to ramp up services enough to begin building my recording rigs and open for services as my own company. I typically use a D/A and record the feed going to the projector at convention speeches and have recently purchased a Panasonic DVCPROHD camera so that I can also provide talking head video for full Picture in Picture recording.
