This was my first time using Kitsplit and Josh was great to rent from. He responded pretty quickly and was friendly in his messages. He let me come late at night to pick up the equipment and was accommodating with my changing schedules. His equipment was in very good condition and easy to transport in a pelican case and tripod bag. He helped me via text with some troubleshooting which was greatly appreciated. Also - he had a DC cable in the box which wasn't in the original listing but turned out to be a blessing during my all day shoot. It would've been nice to have a non-prime lens in the kit but I knew this ahead of time so found one elsewhere. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and would rent from him again.
