I am a camera assistant with 9 years of industry experience and worked alongside a few legendary crew members on on several large budget features, episodic tv shows, music videos, commercials, and indie projects. Like many of us that wandered to the big apple, I'm just another hustling freelancer that shoots and studies as much as my time and budget allow. Understanding your personal budget restrictions and being honest with your means is never easy for creatives but it is crucial to the success of your project.
