Late in 4 ways: 1) Late for pickup 2) Missed initial drop off time 3) Late to second drop off time 4) Late on communication at each point of rental (2 days, 2 hours, 1.5 hours). The renter at the end claimed she did not have a working phone. In addition, the pick up and drop off person was not the renter, but somehow was responsible for paying for the rental, and offered cash to avoid the late fee. Unprofessional.
