Ralph needed a couple more days to film and extended his reservation. Got in touch with enough advance time and checked in to make sure I did not have another rental. Very responsible about time!
Ralph was very careful with my gear, as well as with understanding the safety and hygiene protocals. Everything came back in great shape, and he was very communicative about pickup/dropoff time. I provided alcohol wipes for the gear. Everything came back in the right case, well organized, and clean. Would definitely rent to him again!
