My first bad experience on KitSplit. After missing 3 deadlines, I was legitimately worried that Tim had stolen my camera. Communication was nonexistent and abysmal, always saying “give me a few”, but providing no actual details on when I would get my camera back, forcing me to follow-up and follow-up again.
Timothy's attitude was abrasive and flippant, as if it was my fault that he misread our conversations. Incorrectly prefacing things with “Like I said” and “As I told you”, despite the fact that I was still missing my camera with no solid plans on returning it.
“I’m so busy” is not an excuse. Fix your communication skills.
At least I got paid.
