My overall experience with Ronnie was fine. During the course of the initial messaging period I explained to him that the 24-70 lens was not available at the time with this kit and then offered to sub it out with a fixed 55mm Sony lens. He agreed, however it looks like after the rental was finished he left a review stating that the lens "didn't zoom" which is something I did explain to him previously. That said, he was mostly easy to work and communicate with.
