Camera was returned and everything was fine, but I didn't receive the correct camera until over 28 hours after the scheduled return time. Hector was not clear in his communication and didn't respond to messages asking what was happening and when I'd be getting the gear back. I ended up corresponding with the person who physically returned the camera and he finally brought it back. Would happily give a 5-star review (as I understand, life happens), it's just the lack of communication made this a stressful and worrisome experience.
