The customer is reliable, friendly, and easy going. Had some issues with trains, but that is understandable on a weekend in New York. I would rent him again.
Struggle with getting my camera returned on time made me very weary, especially considering it was my first rental on CameraLends. His work schedule necessitated a friend to drop off the camera who wasn't easily reachable or reliable. Communication could have been a little better.
