This is an awesome compact and easy to use steadicam stabilizer for DSLR camera's. Get consistent silky smooth steadicam shots like the Pros! Adjustable weights can be easily added or subtracted to account for lighter or heavier loads. I actually use a T3i with a wide angle lense and often have attached a small light on top and it works like a champ! I have worked with Merlin Stabilizers in the past and this one is more stable and has better consistent balance due to its tripod design. Need to switch cameras on the fly or give your arm a quick break? No problem. Because of tripod design you can set camera down upright. I have even had it rolling on the ground as a cutaway shot when I switched to my other camera. It is a lot less bulky and easier to store than any Glidecam stabilizers too. Comes with portable soft case and extra weights.
