Second time renting from him. The first time I had no issues. Very convenient and friendly. But the second time I had selected a 9am drop off- he accepted it but then was out of town for the drop off and I wound up missing my bus waiting for his assistant who didn't arrive until over an hour later. Not ideal and wish he didn't accept it if he couldn't make the the times I requested work. I understand we are all super busy but for the respect of everyone's time, make sure you convo ahead of time with exact times otherwise you might be waiting for a while.
