Renting from Stephen/Seojong was a very frustrating experience. He let my first request expire after he confirmed with Kitsplit that he would approve it later on. I should have cut it off there instead of requesting again, but he eventually approved and confirmed my times.

I went to go pick up the slider in Bushwick at the specified rental time and nobody was there to hand off the slider to me. I had to wait 50 minutes outside of his office while I tried calling him and Kitsplit to work this out. Eventually, he sent one of his co-workers to let me in and hand off the equipment and he said Stephen forgot I even had a rental appointment with him. I reminded his co-worker of my return time but sure enough, nobody was there to let me in when I went to return it. It was a nice slider, but it should not have caused a massive headache for my production. I don't understand why the owner would take money from his renters only to blatantly disregard them and their time.
