It was a great simple kit and the renter was super friendly. The problem was that the batteries died almost immediately, even after being charged all night. I was shooting on location and needed battery and I ended up barely using the camera. Thankfully I had a backup. I understand the BMPCC runs through its batteries quickly but this is not my first rodeo and it should have lasted way longer. Literally all of the batteries died within an hour, not each, in total. I didn't want to leave a negative review because the guys were super chill but I also don't want to lie about my experience.

The Escort Bi-Color LED Flood Light from Genaray is a powerful, versatile light source with a color temperature that's variable from 3200K to 5600K or anywhere in between. Ideal for the on-the-go shooter, you can quickly adjust the color to match other fixtures or the ambient light without taking the time to apply filters. And, depending on the Kelvin temperature you've chosen, the Escort outputs illumination with a high CRI of 97 for accurate color rendition. There's also a Full Power Mode with a color temperature of about 4000K that uses all 680 LEDs to more than double the output. The light draws just 40W of current while outputting 300 to 400W of equivalent incandescent power that can be dimmed down to 10% on the unit.
