The Odyssey LUT System

WHAT IS A 3D-LUT?

-A 3D LUT is a way of transforming an image, where any set of red, green and blue values at the input map to a different set of red, green and blue values at the output. Unlike a 1D LUT, where a given red value at the input will always map to the same red value at the output (like Curves in Photoshop) with a 3D LUT, the output value in each channel is affected by the input values in all three channels.

ARRI ALEXA ARRIRAW

• Supports all ARRIRAW formats and frame rates output by Alexa Classic cameras, recorded as .ari files.

• ARRIRAW 16:9 frame rates: 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 48*, 50*, 59.97*, 60*

NOTE: ARRIRAW above 30fps requires two SSDs to simultaneously record. In a future firmware update only one SSD will be required for all frame rates.

SONY FS7/FS700 RAW & HIGH-FRAME-RATE

• Supports Sony FS7/FS700 4K & 2K RAW, high bit-depth HD derived from 4K, recorded as CinemaDNG .dng.
