This is my basic kit I take out the door for a simple verite shoot:

Panasonic Lumix GH5 body
f2.8 12-35mm Lens with ND lens
Rode VideoMic Pro mountable microphone with articulated mount
Manfrotto tripod + fluid head*
and a LitePanel 5.5" MicroPro light (can either mount the light or the microphone)

*Can sub out a monopod if that suits your shoot better.
