My space sits on top of a 21 story building in the heart of Manhattan, 7th Ave @ 27th St. with a 360 degree view of the city. There are endless views and angles to shoot from. I've been here 19 years and I'm still finding spots. I have a nice interior space, big bathroom w/ shower, windows to the south and west, water tank room that is very funky, front and back staircase, also funky, elevator motor room, extremely funky and a very cool balcony for those a little weary of heights. Along with wifi and land lines.
