I respectfully and humbly request: please shut the camera power off before removing the lens or sensor cap. When powered on, the sensor is electrically charged and will suck/vacuum dust onto itself. This ruins your images/videos and costs me more than the value of this rental to professionally clean. This is the case with all digital cameras but especially so with mirrorless. Please do not attempt to touch or clean the sensor as it is easily damaged permanently. Rocket blaster/Rocket Air dust blower is ok. Please make best efforts to care for this camera. It is in new condition and dear to my heart. I'm not uptight, I promise. I'm just careful so we all can use this camera successfully. : )
Please help me keep this camera clean and functional.
