On time return and gear was all accounted for and in working condition!

Very poor communication regarding the return and the way the return was handled. Not only was the gear returned late, (without previous notice) the Motion Mount was found by one of my colleagues sitting outside propped in front of our office door around 7:30pm. I was not informed in any way that the gear was being returned at a certain time, or that it was returned at all. My colleagues were at the office all day, and nobody heard a bell ring. Last minute shoot or not, the situation could have been handled better.
