This Angenieux 45-90mm F2.8 Portrait Lens made in 1969 was the first zoom lens put out by Leitz and available for Leica systems and the first time Leitz had offered a lens made by an outside manufacturer. It's legendary for it's sharpness and creamy falloff. David Douglas Duncan used the 45-90 Angenieux when photographing Pablo Picasso's paintings for his book, Goodybe Picasso.
