Rachel Gordon Loube received an MFA in Social Documentary Film at the School of Visual Arts, and a BA in Sociology from Brandeis University. Her film Every Tuesday: A Portrait of The New Yorker Cartoonists premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2012 and won a Student Academy Award® in 2013. Rachel has worked closely in the editing room and on film shoots with some of the top filmmakers in the documentary field; these include Ross Kaufman, Sandi DuBowski, and Jeremiah Zagar. She has learned a tremendous amount working with them, and continues to seek their feedback as she completes The Descendants of Devenishuk.
