Full Out Creative

Although our equipment was well-cared for, the rest of the experience was not enjoyable. 1hr 45mins late for pickup, 2 1/2 hrs late for return, and after leaving his battery in the camera, we immediately notified him and agreed on a time and place to meet.

After train issues we thought we'd both be late, but arrived on-time to the location we agreed on. We tried calling when we arrived, but he was already on a subway to his next gig and we were left with his battery. We then mailed it to him, providing tracking details just to make sure it arrived.

We don't like leaving less than stellar reviews, but this case was an exception.
