Here's the thing: I have no kids right now— only two idiot cats who don't have jobs— so I treat my gear like my children... which means you don't have to worry about a camera melt into a pile of goop or an SSD munching through your files.

On top of that, I am a member of Canon Professional Services, which means my gear is constantly being professionally maintained and serviced by Canon to "like new" specs. You never have to worry about getting some wonky, trashed camera or lens that has issues or is covered in chocolate sauce and dried ice cream. Canon makes sure of that.

This is the basic C200 body only kit— One that you can build up as you wish! It comes with two extra batteries, so you don't need to worry about power delivery at all.

The Canon C200 is a successor (sort of) to the C100 Mark II and the C300 Mark II. It is the first Canon cinema camera that has full Dual Pixel Autofocus capability along with a touch screen and face tracking ability. That makes this cantaloupe-sized black brick a 4K powerhouse.

Aside from the dope 4k and 1080 capability, the C200 now has the ability to shoot in RAW. The issue is that CFast cards are notoriously expensive... Don't worry though, I include a 1TB adapter that allows you to film over 2 hours of mind blowing, 12 bit content.

If you've been using a C100 Mark II, you are going to love this camera. It's as if the C100M2 finally started eating its spinach and went through puberty.

OoOoOoO the Canon 24-105mm f/4L... MARK II!!!!

ShareGrid doesn't have an easy way to differentiate between the Mark I and Mark II versions of the 24-105 L-Series lens... but the Mark II is arguably one of the best zoom lenses ever made. Super crisp, great sharpness, a locking mechanism, and whatever else you are looking for.

I'm actually a huge fan of this lens for video, as well, and often use it on the C200 or C100 Mark II, depending on our needs. Its a great middle ground lens between run-and-gun and actual deliberate filming.
