The Grandson of a photographer, Barry J. began his career as staff photographer at Timeout magazine London. His assignments covered many aspects of London life from investigative photojournalism, music and nightlife. As magazines changed through the 90’s, Barry J. was steered by his commisioning editors towards music, lifestyle, celebrity and car photography.

Today he is based in Los Angeles shooting images for Magazines, Film and Car Companies across the US and Europe.
