I run a location rental space in Lincoln hHeights with full profoto gear and grip package and sometimes need to subrent additional equipment.

5 Points Studio 4000 sqft NY Loft Style w/ cyc wall, glam room, and Profoto lighting

5 Points Studio is located just outside DTLA in Lincoln Heights. It is a 4000 sqft loft style apartment with a variety of options to shoot. We have a 30ft white cyc, full hair and make up room with wardrobe staging, as well as two separate rooms to be used as production spaces. Check out 5pointsstudio.com for more photos! Included in the rental are Profoto lighting, chimera softboxes, a variety of grip gear, and iMac tethering computer/second monitor are also included. Parking is free on the street from 9am-4pm directly outside the building, or a variety of free street parking is available within a blocks walk. Ground level freight elevator loads directly into unit as well.
