OWNER NOTES

The transmitter and receiver require two AA batteries each, so four AA batteries total, not included in the rental.

The bodypack transmitter is lightweight and hides well in jacket pockets, on pants seems or belt, under clothing, and in furniture nooks to remain out of sight during filming.

Godox X2 TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Sony - Flashpoint R2 Mark II

This is the Sony compatible model. This wireless trigger works with all of the Godox / Flashpoint lights that I rent and can control them at the same time, in up to 5 groups on 32 channels. I use it mounted to my camera's hot shoe, which frees my on-camera flash to be used off-camera along with my strobes. Requires two AA batteries, not included in the rental. OWNER NOTES

This parabolic octabox with a silver interior gives you lovely light. It weighs a little under 4 pounds when you use all the modifiers, so make sure you have a stand or mount to sufficiently support it.

Profond softboxes have a rod-locking mechanism that's different from any others I've used, and I find it very convenient and efficient... now that I know what to do. If it's your first time using a Profond, I'll be happy to show you how to click the rods in place. I spent more than an hour trying to figure it out my first time and even called the retailer for tips, where the customer service rep also couldn't figure it out. Now that I know how it works, I'm happy to fill you in.
