Hi, I'm Demar Jones. An Entrepreneur, Filmmaker, and Audio engineer from Charlotte NC, now living in NYC. I began my filmmaking journey in 2017 and I'm grateful for this community because it awards me the luxury of being able to create with gear some of us can only dream about. I know it's not the gear that makes a good filmmaker but, it damn sure makes your stuff look good throughout the process. Sharpening my skills, mastering the fundamentals, and learning to shoot on a variety of cameras is incredible. I currently shoot on a Lumix GH5 and G7 with a 12-35 and a 25. I have a Canon T6 for photography. This setup is so special to me, I've been through so many ups and downs, from terrible footage to "I can't believe I shot that footage." I don't think I will ever get rid of those. But, I would love to try other gear and see what I can do. I hope to meet other like-minded creatives, network, and build relationships while creating some powerful, impactful work.
