The image quality from the C200 is really impressive (even in 8-bit). I've also found it less noisy then the C300. The C200 is lighter and smaller then the C300 and I really prefer the updated ergonomics. The dual pixel auto focus is insanely good, especially when paired with modern Canon L series 2 lenses.
This camera currently supports two primary codecs. Here's what they're best for:
4K 8-bit (4.2.0):
(1) Long interviews
(2) Doc shooting, events, weddings or any instance you need to capture a ton of footage and move it around quickly
(3) Anything for direct to internet distribution
4K Cinema RAW Lite 12-bit (4.4.4)
(1) Commercials, films, etc. where maximum quality is important and a DIT workflow can be implemented (these files are gigantic).
(2) Reel shots or anything that you want to color grade beyond the norm.
There is currently no intermediate codec available for internal recording (For example: ProRes 4.2.2) but it is accessible via HDMI using an external recorder (Atomos or Odyssey).

The image quality from the C200 is really impressive. Great for recording in 12-bit RAW for creative grading in post or switch over to 8-Bit for long interviews in 4K. The C200 is also a bit lighter and smaller then the C300 MK2, I'm a fan of the updated ergonomics, especially for run-and-gun. Color matches up really nicely with Canon C300 MK2.
This kit contains everything you'll need to get up and running with the C200, batteries, memory cards, card reader, etc. I have a few different mics, which can be added on as well. Happy to answer any questions about the system. I rent the basic package at $200 and a more complete package at $330 that comes with additional lenses and accessories, just let me know what you need!
The kit contains my favorite Canon L Series II lenses. All the lenses have built in image stabilization and are great for hand held shooting. Standard wide to telephoto.. 24-70mm, 85mm super bokeh portrait lens and 100mm macro. The L Series II lenses are the most compatible lenses with Canon's dual pixel autofocus (C300 MkII and C200) and you'll really notice a difference in the speed of the focus system compared to older Canon lenses.
Everything comes packed in a sturdy Pelican case (camera disassembled) or if you'd like it in a larger bag (camera assembled and ready to shoot). Just let me know and I'll put it together for you.
Was awesome renting with Joseph.Very cool and friendly guy.Equipment was clean and well maintained.
