This custom Media Management Docking Station is self contained in a 4U rolling Gator case and helps create one of the fastest Media Management stations available in today's market. Mount your Macbook Pro atop the case and connect to the multitude of card readers and drive ports (or mount your own SSDs for a digital RAID system)!
The backbone of this custom kit is the Blackjet UX-1 Cinema Dock which runs off a Thunderbolt 3 interface and has (2) 2.5" SATA SDD Drive Bays, several card readers (CFast 2.0, XQD 2.0, CF, SDXC, Micro SD), is capable of Daisy Chaining up to 5 Thunderbolt Devices, and is housed in a rugged metal enclosure. In addition, this package includes a Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Express Dock, which supports Thunderbolt 3 speeds up to 40Gbps and has a gigabit ethernet port, an audio output, (3) USB-A 3.0, (2) Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C), and a DisplayPort. This kit is powered off a CyberPower OR700LCDRM1U, which plugs into a standard grounded outlet, has a 6 V/8Ah backup battery, and outputs to 6 total outlets (4 battery/surge protected and 2 surge protected). For your convenience, this also includes a 1U locking drawer for all your accessory storage. Overall, this is an incredibly power, fast, and self-contained Media Management kit that allows users to daisy chain several drives, host digital RAIDs, and offload most conventional media cards.

OWNER NOTES

The wireless range of the Tilta Nucleus-M hand unit is 1,000 feet, making it ideal for most jobs! The motor has its own built-in motor drive that communicates directly with the hand unit, negating the need to mount a separate MDR to your rig, and allowing for a compact camera setup and a quicker setup time. The motors automatically calibrate on startup and can be manually calibrated with the push of a button. The unit also works with lenses that don’t have hard end stops at close focus and infinity. The motor can easily be mounted on any 15mm or 19mm rod and is powered through an included P-Tap cable.
