Vintage set Carl Zeiss Jena's from E. Germany - Medium Format - 1970's - Set of 4 - just recently serviced, focus and iris feels like butter...50mm, 80mm, 120mm, 180mm. All F2.8 except the 50 - F4. PL adapters for each lens. FF Gear rings installed, Iris have been de clicked. Original zebra housings. All have threaded fronts: 50mm-86mm 80mm-58mm 120mm-67mm 180mm-85mm Color rendition is eye popping and Bokeh like no other. FOR RENT: Set of 5 - Pentax Super Takumar Medium Format Lenses, manufactured in Japan in 1969. Pared with today's modern sensors it creates digital images with an amazing film like look and feel.
Single front element lens coating allows for beautiful flaring and a spectacular out of focus fall off for backgrounds, creating a very pronounced bokeh. The set offers a sharp yet pleasingly balanced / smooth look that is only possible when using vintage glass. Great for both digital video and stills.
Large barrels with a 300 degree of rotation. Iris de clicked, FF gears attached. Light weight perfect for hand holding.
***NOTE - These lenses focus in reverse direction, like Nikkor's.

Sensor size: The sensor size on this C300 is equivalent in size to Super 35mm, with an effective imaging area of 24.6 x 13.8 mm. This sensor has a 16:9 aspect ratio. Why is the sensor not Full Frame (24 x 36 mm)? The C300 conforms to the industry standard Super 35mm Motion Picture Film frame size.
