OWNER NOTES

For many, considered the best lens for Sony. The widest lens at F1.4 thats available. Amazing way to get a single or multiple subjects and so much blurry dreamy background behind them. Watch the reviews on YouTube and see why this one is in 90% of the top photogs kits (usually a combo of this and an 85mm F1.4 from Sigma or Sony). For the small size that it is, truly something else. Comes with the original box, case, strap, lens caps, lens hood, even B&H bag. Happy to send additional photos or answer any other questions.

Sony 55mm F1.8 Sonnar T* 'Zeiss' FE Lens for Sony Full Frame E-Mount Mirrorless Cameras

My first lens for Sony mirrorless and it has gone UP in value since then! I believe that's because its the perfect "nifty-fifty" -- has the mid-range focal length that is comparable to the human eye, F1.8 aperture that produces nice blurry backgrounds and low-light possibilities, a small and light lens that lets your camera fit in a jacket pocket, and the dreamy Zeiss optics that really gives pop to subjects, beautiful bokeh behind them, and a lot contrast and sharpness from center to the edges.

My first lens for Sony mirrorless and it has gone UP in value since then! Tamron 28-200mm F2.8 - F5.6 Zoom Lens for Sony E-Mount (Full Frame)

The most underrated and versatile lens for Sony Full Frame. Incredible zoom range, incredible sharpness, and incredibly compact given those two things. I was not expecting such a sharp lens. I was not expecting such great blur at F2.8 - F5.6 aperture, but the lower apertures are at the higher zoom range, and the zoom compression honestly delivers the dream bokeh you're looking for. Some of my best photos came from this lens and that was a big surprise. It lets you capture something in great detail 100 yards away, and 2 seconds later capture the entire scene that it belonged to with great detail -- no other lens I know of can do that. If you are going on a trip, only want to take one lens (thats not heavy or huge), and are not expecting too many low light situations, this is the the lens for you.

Sigma 105mm 'Macro' F2.8 DG DN Art Lens

The best Macro Lens for Sony. Better than the 90mm Macro by Sony -- Better sharpness, and the same F2.8 aperture with larger 105mm focal length gives you better lens compression / background blur. Some of the phots I got from this lens are mind-blowing: individual hairs on an ant's leg, cells of a leaf that cant be seen with the naked eye, in incredible quality. And does a superb job as a portrait lens too -- the zoom compression is superb. Prior renter used for jewelry with amazing results. This is a the best Sony lens for close up work and for getting very creative!

Sigma 85mm F1.4 DG DN Art Lens for Sony FE E-Mount (Full-Frame)

My favorite lens that I own. The background blur and pop of the subject is very special. This is my only prime lens that is not a GM because I think its better than the 85mm F1.4 G-Master. There is no better professional portrait lens for Sony.
