This is a controller for the Panasonic PTZ cameras. It can be connected directly to the cameras with serial connection, or with IP over a LAN. It can be powered with AC or with PoE. The controller can operate up to 100 cameras, and each camera can have up to 100 presets. It can also control more than one camera at a time.
