Born in Arizona, and grew up in Vancouver, Canada, Penelope has spent more than half of her life roving around, photographing the big things, the little things and everything in-between. After finishing high school in Canada, she ventured off to Manhattan for college, studying Journalism and Design at The New School. Restless to dive into the writing world, Penelope decided to try her luck as an intern, and quickly became an avid interner for the likes of Harper's Bazaar & ShopBAZAAR, O, The Oprah Magazine, Hearty Magazine and many others. But she didn't stop there, she took an abundance of electives and found herself highly interested in creative writing, alongside her journalism. Since then she has taken to her notebook or laptop to build fantasy and horror short stories she sees only in her dreams. As you may of guessed, her interests don't stop there, for you may find her coding a webpage, visualizing data, photographing restaurants and food, or even at your next cooking class.

Most recently, Penelope moved to Los Angeles after living in Madrid, Spain for four months, learning french cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu and practicing her Spanish. She continues to travels throughout America and Europe with her notebook and trusty camera; photographing food and places she finds interesting.
