Jeff was an amazing person to have my first Kitsplit experience with, he was truly a lifesaver who clearly knew his stuff. Even when we took longer than expected to export all of our footage (since we had it only for a day), he was more than accommodating, and was communicative throughout the entire span of the rental and even before and after. Going in, I thought using the ronin-s would be complicated but after Jeff's mini tutorial and spending about an hour setting it up a day before, everything went as smoothly as possible. Jeff even offered to come pick up the gear so I didn't have to leave my house which was. I'll definitely be renting it from him again if I needed anything else.
